Refund Policy

Digital stories

Because digital stories are generated on demand and consume a credit immediately, generated stories are non-refundable. If a generation fails before completion, the credit is not consumed and you can try again.

Unused credits

Unused wallet credits may be refunded within 14 days of top-up, provided none of the credits from that top-up have been spent.

Printed books

Printed books are made to order. We replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective — contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
